The Client Pain Point
A trained psychologist and social worker shouldn't have to rely on word of mouth alone to reach the people who need their help most. The problem was clear: no web presence, and no way for potential clients to understand the depth of training and range of services on offer.
The Discovery Process
Through discovery conversations about practice goals, target clients, and how to show up credibly in a sensitive space, I translated complex therapeutic credentials into a clear, approachable, and trustworthy digital presence. The UX focused heavily on reducing friction for users who are often in a vulnerable state when seeking mental health support.
The Outcome
The delivered site communicates credentials and services with absolute clarity. It successfully builds trust with potential clients during their search for support, while simultaneously opening the door to a second income stream by making the practice discoverable globally online.
